Went out with my Mr. last night for a drink. Or 5.

Decided it was time to take my new overalls out for a spin.  Not just for the farm anymore ladies. I paired mine with a slick blazer and ankle boots to balance out the gardener factor.

We've been having some seriously cold and wet weather lately. My solution: a tossle cap. Looks cool and keeps you warm. Also can easily cover a bad hair day.

Got a new coat! And this one, unlike so many others,  is classic and timeless. I don't see it ever going out of style. And that, my friend, is how I justified buying it. ;)

Nothing wrong with a little daytime shine. I love a few sequins in the morning, and not just during a walk of shame.

Was going for the perfect blend of glamorous and slouchiness this weekend. I'd say I hit the nail right on the head. Yes I did put a vintage fur over sweats.

Does throwing a cape over an otherwise semi sloppy outfit automatically add sophistication and class?

Hell if I know,  but that's what I did today.

I realized this weekend how much I like the combination of animal print and plaid. Try it, you might like it. Or not. Whatever.

For me its exceptionally difficult to find motivation to do anything on a Monday morning, including getting dressed. Days like these are when you need an old friend, your fave pair of jeans. These happen to be mine, surely you recognize them..

Went back to basics today in all black. When you're in a pinch, a black leather jacket always works.
